I really admire my boss. Many people view him as a strict boss and they are right about that. But what most don’t understand and see the his strictness is in the right place. If you really think about how my boss handles his employee’s you would know that he is really thinking about employee welfare.
There are many times I’ve witnessed by boss getting out of his way to make sure that an employee is okay. There was a time where he had to drive for two hours in the middle of the night, a weekend at that just to go to a hospital in which the employee ws rushed to.
There were times when he had to pay medical bills that were clearly out of his responsibility as a boss. If people would only look deeper to his strict exterior they would see that my boss possess a golden heart.
